Remember those times when you used to eat cereal for dinner? You get home from a long day of work, or you’ve been studying for hours, or for whatever reason you couldn’t be bothered to eat something more appropriate.
Oh wait, that still happens to most of us. Sigh.
I have started making granola, packaging it in mason jars, and pedaling around the bay area making deliveries to happy clients.
It is not too sweet, packed with protein/omegas, full of crunch and clusters that are the perfect consistency. Best yet it can be flavored to whatever is going with it: almond flame raison, maple pecan, ginger snap, coco cacao.
Delicious.

But most importantly remember to eat your greens at some point during the day so you don’t need to feel bad for grabbing the cereal for dinner.
